Ok..i'm over the little turncoat that is Owen...not worried about what he can do for manure ...simply stunned that someone i had previously held in regard has stabbed both liverpool and newcastle fans in the back...
Dalglish taking over the academy is a brilliant bit of positive news and completely blanked out the Owen treachery...
Rafa says about Dalglish..
"When you talk to him about players and football systems it's clear he has a lot of experience. That's good for the club and also for the young players coming through.
"We are changing things at the Academy, we are bringing in new ideas and new people but we're keeping the spirit and the heart of the club. Kenny has played for the club, he's managed the club, he's done everything. He's a fantastic signing."
All in all, excellent news for the club...

It gives the youngsters the PERFECT role model to look up to and take inspiration from. The Ambassadorial role will also help lift the profile of the club whilst giving it a feeling that we haven't completely sold our souls and that we are still a Football Club first and a 'brand' (inserts vomitting smilie) second.

Kenny is the club's best ambassador (with or without the job title).
One can't help but be impressed by the way he conducts himself.
